New Delhi, April 7 -- Internet service provider Tata Play Fiber officially announced a collaboration with IBM on Tuesday to build a next-generation, AI-ready enterprise data infrastructure using IBM's Watsonx platform.
The new platform will integrate 25 disparate data sources into a single, scalable environment, enabling advanced analytics, strengthening customer retention, and unlocking new cross-sell and upsell opportunities, according to an official statement.
