Dhaka/Kuala Lumpur, June 22 -- Bangladesh Prime Minister Tarique Rahman urged Malaysia to reopen its labour market to Bangladeshi workers at the earliest opportunity and recruit more workers from Bangladesh.
Speaking at a joint press conference with Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim after bilateral talks in Putrajaya, Rahman said Bangladeshi workers, students, professionals and entrepreneurs had become an important bridge between the two nations, reports Business Standard BD.
