Patna, Sept. 1 -- The Bihar State Education Sevak and Education Sevak Talimi Markaz Association on Tuesday sought the intervention of JD(U) national president and former Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar in resolving a range of issues concerning education workers, including timely payment of honorarium, enhancement of remuneration and improvement in service benefits.
A delegation of the association met Kumar, who is also a Rajya Sabha member, and submitted a memorandum seeking his intervention with the state government on their demands.
