Mumbai, Feb. 10 -- T-Series has categorically dismissed recent conjecture seeking to associate its upcoming project "Bhooth Bangla" with the "Bhool Bhulaiyaa" franchise.
The clarification follows a spate of reports claiming that an earlier draft of "Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2" was allegedly repurposed for "Bhooth Bangla", an assertion the studio has described as "entirely unfounded", according to Bollywood Hungama.
Shiv Chanana, co-producer at T-Series, addressed the chatter and said the claims are baseless. "We have also come across some articles, but the fact is we have never received any script from Mr Priyadarshan or his team for making a Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise," he said.
