Hyderabad, June 3 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy will undertake a two-day tour of the erstwhile Mahabubnagar district on June 4 and 5 to inspect major irrigation projects and review their progress with officials.

According to the official schedule, the chief minister will begin his tour on Thursday afternoon by arriving at Makthal in Narayanpet district, where he will review the progress of the Makthal-Narayanpet-Kodangal Lift Irrigation Scheme (MNKLIS) and proposed barrages across the Krishna and Bhima rivers.

He will also inspect the ongoing works of the irrigation scheme and later conduct aerial inspections of the Koilsagar Project, proposed barrages and the Priyadarshini Jurala Project.
