Hyderabad, June 7 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy will visit Uppal on Sunday evening to lay foundation stones for multiple development projects worth Rs 1,511 crore aimed at improving infrastructure and public healthcare facilities in the region.

As part of the programme, the Chief Minister will lay the foundation stone for the new Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation building, which will be constructed on a 10-acre site at an estimated cost of Rs 98 crore, official sources said.

He will also inaugurate works for the construction of alternative roads at the AOC Centre with an outlay of Rs 960 crore, a major infrastructure initiative expected to ease traffic congestion in the area.
