Hyderabad, June 8 -- Telangana BJP president N Ramchander Rao today alleged that Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy was targeting the BJP and making "baseless allegations" out of frustration over the party's growing support in rural Telangana.

Addressing a press conference at the BJP state office in Hyderabad, Ramchander Rao accused the Chief Minister of misleading the public on issues including paddy procurement, Central assistance and appointments with Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis regarding water disputes.

He defended union Ministers G Kishan Reddy and Bandi Sanjay Kumar, saying allegations against them were completely baseless.
