Thiruvananthapuram, May 14 -- The swearing-in ceremony of the new Kerala Council of Ministers will be held on Monday, formally marking the assumption of office by the incoming government led by Chief Minister-designate V. D. Satheesan.
The leadership of the United Democratic Front (UDF) has indicated that all ministers are expected to take oath together on the same day, thereby completing the formation of the new Cabinet in a single, unified ceremony.
MLAs are also expected to take oath when the Assembly convenes on May 21.
The intention is to finalise the entire Council of Ministers before Monday, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted transition of power.
