New Delhi, May 26 -- The Supreme Court on Tuesday sought the Centre's response on a plea highlighting vacancies among staff and members in the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT).
Expressing concern over the large number of vacancies in the administrative staff of the ITAT, the court sought the Attorney General's intervention to ensure the posts are filled at the earliest.
