Mullanpur, June 8 -- Washington Sundar struck three telling blows after debutant Manav Suthar's six-wicket haul as India tightened their grip on the one-off Test against Afghanistan, reducing the visitors to 98 for five in their follow-on innings at tea on the third day here on Monday.
Having already dominated the morning session through Suthar's remarkable figures of 6 for 33 that helped bowl Afghanistan out for 152, India carried the momentum into the second innings after enforcing the follow-on with a commanding 412-run lead.
