Visakhapatnam, June 3 -- Subhasis Sengupta, a seasoned steel industry professional with more than three decades of experience in steel production, maintenance, project execution and plant management, assumed charge as Director (Operations) of Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), the corporate entity of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP), here on Wednesday.
Born on July 14, 1969, in Kolkata, Sengupta is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from The Bengal Engineering and Science University, West Bengal, and holds an M.Tech in Design and Production Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Durgapur, the steel plant said in a release here.
