Shimla, Jan. 9 -- Himachal Pradesh continues to face shivering winter conditions, with dozens of key stations recording freezing or minus mercury, prompting travel advisories in high-altitude districts, especially Lahaul and Spiti.

According to the latest morning bulletin, minimum temperatures at many places plunged 2 to 6 degrees below normal, while the weather remained dry.

Kukumseri was the coldest station in the state at minus 10.6 degrees, followed by Tabo at minus 8.4 degrees.
