Samastipur, May 25 -- In a strict enforcement of prohibition laws in Bihar, a police sub-inspector posted on Dial-112 emergency helpline duty in Samastipur district, has been suspended for allegedly consuming alcohol while on patrol.
Police Superintendent Arbind Pratap Singh said here on Monday that a video went viral on social media on May 23 showing the accused officer, Vinod Kumar Singh, posted at Musrigharari police station allegedly consuming alcohol while on patrol duty.
