Kakinada, Aug. 8 -- : Students affiliated to the SFI, along with leaders of the KVPS and Dalit associations, staged a dharna in front of the Collectorate here on Saturday, opposing restrictions on the entry of student unions, Dalit organisations, people's organisations and media personnel into social welfare hostels.
The protesters raised slogans demanding withdrawal of the circular imposing restrictions on the entry of student union leaders, Dalit association representatives and media personnel into the hostels.
