New Delhi, July 3 -- The Indian stock markets ended the week in green continuing the winning streak for the third consecutive session today, with both the Sensex and the Nifty finishing above 77,750 and 24,250 respectively supported by sustained buying in select heavyweights like IT, pharma, metal and realty stocks coupled with positive global cues.

At close, the BSE Sensex was up 261.79 points, or 0.34 per cent, at 77,763.91 and the NSE Nifty was up 95.15 points, or 0.39 pc, at 24,270.85. For the week, the BSE Sensex and Nifty added nearly 1 pc each.
