Chennai, June 28 -- Launching a strong broadside against the ruling TVK headed by Chief Minister Vijay and accusing it of plunging the state to absymal depths on various fronts, Opposition DMK President and former Chief Minister M K Stalin on Sunday night forecast midterm polls to the Tamil Nadu Assembly would be held soon and that it could happen in three or six months.
