Chennai, Dec. 12 -- Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin today condoledthe death of former union Home Minister and Lok Sabha , Speaker Shivraj Patiland hailed his administrative capabilities.
In his condolence message, Mr Stain said Mr Patil, who has five decades ofexperience in public life, had served in various capacities as Lok Sabha Speaker,Union Home Minister and Governor with aplomb.
