Chennai, March 7 -- Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K.Stalin on Saturday called on Governor R.N. Ravi, who has been posted as the Governor of West Bengal, at the Lok Bhavan.
Official sources described the meeting as a courtesy call.
Mr Stalin extended his greetings to Mr Ravi upon his posting as West Bengal Governor.
Mr. Stalin also presented him with a statuette of Tamil saint-poet Tiruvalluvar.
Mr. Ravi assumed office as the 26th Governor of Tamil Nadu on September 18, 2021.
Recently, he was appointed as the Governor of West Bengal, while Kerala Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar will hold additional charge as the Governor of Tamil Nadu.
