Davanagere, April 2 -- Former minister and BJP leader B Sriramulu on Thursday launched a sharp attack on the Congress government, describing it as an "ICU case" and claiming that the ruling party is gripped by fear of defeat ahead of the Davanagere South and Bagalkot by-elections.

Addressing a press conference, Sriramulu alleged that the Congress government led by Siddaramaiah is struggling to maintain political stability and is being sustained by what he termed misleading narratives.
