New Delhi, Feb. 10 -- Springdales School's Dhaula Kuan and Pusa Road branches jointly organised the Y. Kumar Memorial Assembly at the Rajni Kumar Hall of Friendship and Peace, commemorating the school's founder on Tuesday.
The annual event focused on themes of peace and international understanding, which the institution links to its guiding principle of 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam' (the world is one family).
Addressing students and staff, Jyoti Bose, Director of Springdales Schools, spoke about the need to promote empathy and sustain hope in what she described as a period marked by social and global challenges. She emphasised the role of education in fostering humanitarian values.
