Patna, Aug. 10 -- Bihar Revenue and Land Reforms Minister Dilip Kumar Jaiswal on Monday reviewed the progress of the ongoing special land survey in five districts and directed officials to ensure its timely completion.
The review meeting covered Jehanabad, Lakhisarai, Sheohar, Arwal and Sheikhpura districts, with Settlement Officers apprising the minister of the progress of the survey work.
Jaiswal said the special survey was among the government''s top priorities and that the government was fully committed to completing it.
He said the exercise would bring transparency to land records and help reduce land-related disputes.
