Madrid, June 30 -- Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez today urged inclusive and strong multilateralism at the opening session of the fourth International Conference on Financing for Development, held here in southern Spain.
Sanchez, who is also serving as the chairman of the conference, said that under the current global landscape, inclusive and strong multilateralism is particularly necessary, and the United Nations should be at its core. He called on the delegates to translate slogans into action, address differences through unity, and enhance trust through dialogue.
