Chennai, Aug. 20 -- Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay on Thursday expressed the collective concern of Southern States saying the proposed delimitation could diminish their collective voice in Parliament and sought a clear legislative assurance that no state would suffer reduction in its percentage of representation in the Temple of Democracy.
