Hyderabad, July 30 -- Private sector lender South Indian Bank has expanded its presence in Hyderabad with the inauguration of a new branch and onsite ATM at Kondapur in the city as part of its strategy to strengthen operations in key urban growth centres.

The branch was inaugurated by industrialist N. Akhilesh Reddy, while the onsite ATM was inaugurated by former scientist Dr. Sadanandam Dasari, the Bank said in a release here today.

The strong room was inaugurated by premises owner Utla Krishna in the presence of Lakshmi Ramakrishna Srinivas, Independent Director of South Indian Bank, and senior bank officials.
