New Delhi, Jan. 4 -- On the occasion of World Braille Day and the birth anniversary of Louis Braille on Sunday, Delhi's Minister for Social Welfare, Ravinder Indraj, on Sunday interacted with visually impaired students.
The minister participated in programmes at Braille Bhawan in Rohini and Seva Kutir at Kingsway Camp.
Seva Kutir is a hostel for visually impaired college students.
Speaking at the programmes, the minister said that physical limitations do not decide a person's potential and that determination and mindset play a key role. He referred to stage performances by the students and said these showed what could be achieved through regular practice and effort.
