New Delhi, Sept. 14 -- SJVN Chairman and Managing Director Bhupender Gupta on Monday commemorated the commercial operation of the 660 MW Unit-II of the 1,320 MW Buxar Thermal Power Project in Bihar.
Gupta inaugurated a programme at the project premises to mark the milestone. SJVN Director (Projects) Rajesh Kumar Chandel was also present.
Gupta inaugurated the project's Centralized Control Room and inspected key operational facilities, including the Ash Dyke, to review the plant's operational preparedness and functioning.
Addressing the SJVN Thermal Private Limited (STPL) team, Gupta congratulated officials and employees for achieving the milestone and attributed it to their collective efforts, dedication and teamwork.
