Kolkata, Jan. 26 -- In a massive fire in a momo manufacturing unit, in the Anandapur area of Kolkata, six workers went missing early on Monday morning.
The incident triggered panic among families of the workers and local residents.
According to initial reports, the fire erupted around 3 am at a godown located in Nazirabad, near the Anandapur Police Station.
According to preliminary information, several workers were inside the factory during the night shift when the blaze started.
Thick smoke and flames quickly engulfed the structure, making rescue operations difficult in the initial hours.
