Panchkula, Aug. 19 -- Industrial plot owners in NIT Faridabad who had sub-divided their plots without approval from the competent authority have been given a fresh six-month window by the Haryana government to get the subdivisions regularised.
The Urban Local Bodies Department has amended the existing policy governing regularisation of industrial plots sub-divided without approval in NIT Faridabad. Under the amended provision, eligible plot owners will be able to apply for regularisation within six months of the notification's publication.
The government has replaced Clause 1(H)(I) of the policy, while exercising powers under Section 398(2)(a) of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994. The amendment has been issued in continuation of...
