Shillong, June 19 -- union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Friday laid the foundation stones for projects worth over Rs. 1,250 crore under Externally Aided Projects (EAPs) across Meghalaya in the presence of Chief Minister Conrad Sangma.
The projects span key sectors including road connectivity, logistics, tourism infrastructure, education, and livelihood development, and are expected to significantly strengthen economic linkages and improve quality of life across the state.
