Colombo, Aug. 24 -- Indian batsman Dhruv Jurel on Monday credited Mohammed Siraj for his calm support during their crucial partnership and Rishabh Pant for valuable advice as he scored a memorable unbeaten century in the second Test against Sri Lanka here.
Jurel, who remained unbeaten on 115, said Siraj's contribution with the bat was particularly important as India negotiated difficult conditions and built a strong position.
"Whenever I speak to Siraj, I think he celebrates more than the century. He was defending solidly, so it was very good," Jurel said after the day's play.
