New Delhi, June 29 -- As the door-to-door (house to house) visit exercise for the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls to begin in Delhi from Tuesday, Chief Electoral Officer of the national capital Ashok Kumar on Monday informed that the officers will start delivering the enumeration forms, which will have to be submitted in a month's time.
He informed that Booth Level Officers have been designated for the 13,033 booths across the national capital.
Addressing a press conference here, while replying to the issue of those whose houses faced demolition actions recently, Kumar has said that the matter will be taken up with the Election Commission of India.
