Bengaluru, Feb. 9 -- Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Monday accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of "cowardice" for not replying to the motion of thanks on the President's Address in the Lok Sabha, describing it as a "historic first" in India's parliamentary history.

Addressing reporters, Siddaramaiah said that for the first time, the motion was passed in the lower house without the Prime Minister replying, adding that a Prime Minister who avoids Parliament avoids accountability.
