Bengaluru, May 21 -- Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Thurday demanded that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan take responsibility for the alleged NEET question paper leak and seek an unconditional apology from students across the country.

Speaking at a protest organised by the Youth Congress at Freedom Park here against NEET irregularities, the Chief Minister said the NEET examination system had failed to ensure fairness and transparency, and accused the Centre of evading accountability by merely postponing exams instead of addressing the root cause.
