Washington, Nov. 10 -- US President Donald Trump said that the government shutdown is "soon coming to an end," following reports that Senate leaders and the White House have reached a bipartisan agreement to reopen the government after 40 days.

A group of at least eight Senate Democrats, in consultation with Senate GOP leaders and the White House, reportedly reached a deal on Sunday to end the 40-day US government shutdown in exchange for a future vote on extending enhanced Affordable Care Act (ACA) subsidies.
