Ayodhya, Aug. 14 -- The Shravan Jhula Mela, considered the Mahakumbh of devotees in Ramnagari, begins tomorrow.

The first day of this fair or mela, which will run from August 15 to 28, will be celebrated at Maniparvat. Lord Ram and Sita will enjoy the swing procession at Maniparvat. Eleven tableaux will depart from various temples in Ayodhya Dham and reach Mani Parvat. On the special instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the administration and police have finalized preparations for the fair.

Acharya Indradev Mishra, in charge of rituals at the Ram Temple and organizer of the festival, stated that for security reasons, instead of the Ayodhya tradition of Mani Parvat, Lord Jhula Bihari will be taken to Kuber Navratna Tila for the ...
