Chandigarh, Jan. 14 -- Prime accused and the shooter in the cold-blooded murder of Jarmal Singh, an Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Sarpanch, was killed in an ecounter with the Police on Wednesday. The deceased shooter has been identified as Sukhraj Singh alias Gunga. The encounter took place near the Valla Bypass area of the city while the police brought him for recovery of the weapons used in the murder.
