Bengaluru, June 19 -- In a startling admission amid the cross-voting controversy that rocked the Karnataka Legislative Council elections, Karnataka Public Works Minister Satish Jarkiholi on Friday claimed that Chief Minister DK Shivakumar had successfully employed the BJP's own political strategy to engineer Congress party's sweeping victory in the polls.
