Bengaluru, May 28 -- DK Shivakumar on Thursday touched the feet of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and later embraced him during a breakfast meeting at the Chief Minister's official residence 'Kaveri' in Bengaluru, in a striking display of respect and political bonhomie that immediately drew attention amid ongoing focus on Karnataka Congress leadership equations.
The meeting was hosted by Siddaramaiah and attended by Shivakumar, who also serves as Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee president, along with several cabinet ministers and senior leaders considered close to the Chief Minister.
