Bengaluru, Sept. 10 -- Karnataka Chief Minister DK Shivakumar on Thursday used the 100-day celebration of his government to signal a shift from its guarantee-driven political narrative towards a broader growth, investment and jobs agenda, setting an ambitious target of making the state a USD three trillion economy by 2037.
