Mumbai, May 11 -- Shiv Sena (UBT) on Monday raised serious concerns regarding women and child safety in Maharashtra, alleging that 423 minor girls had been kidnapped from Solapur district and blamed the ruling Mahayuti government for failing to ensure public safety.

In a post shared on its official X handle, Shiv Sena (UBT) alleged that women and girls had become unsafe in Maharashtra due to the "inactive administration" of the Mahayuti government. The post was accompanied by a video.

Shiv Sena (UBT) demanded immediate intervention by the government and police authorities to trace the missing girls and take strict action against those responsible for the alleged crimes.
