Kolhapur, June 27 -- A very sensational and stormy video clip related to Shiv Sena (Shinde) MLA and chairman of state planning commission Rajesh Khirsagar, has gone viral on social media, which alleges that a contractor and Khirsagar are being heard discussing a financial exchange (percentage).
