Shimla, March 10 -- The Shimla district police has claimed success in solving three different criminal cases, including theft and drug trafficking, with the arrest of several accused and recovery of stolen property and contraband.
In the first case, the team of Sadar police station solved a theft case within 24 hours. The case was registered on March 9 on the complaint of Pawan Kumar, a resident of Krishna Nagar.
The complainant had reported that he and his family had gone to visit the Vaishno Devi shrine on March 5, and on returning home on March 9 found the kitchen lock broken and two gas cylinders missing.
