According to the corporation, more than 2,300 complaints and queries have been received so far, all of which have been successfully resolved through service centres and the 24x7 customer care helpline.
Consumers can register complaints related to water supply issues, such as billing, new connections, collection, network maintenance, metering, mobile and email alerts, meter reading, and operation & maintenance by calling the 24x7 customer care number 87671-98000.
