Shimla, March 10 -- The District and Sessions Court complex at Chakkar in Shimla was evacuated on Tuesday after authorities received another bomb threat email, marking the second such hoax targeting the court within a short span of time.
According to officials, the threatening message was received on the official email ID of the office of the District and Sessions Judge, Civil and Sessions Division, Shimla. The email claimed that a bomb had been planted inside the court premises, prompting immediate precautionary measures.
Following the alert, police teams from Boileauganj police station rushed to the court complex along with a dog squad and security personnel.
