Shimla, Feb. 19 -- The body of a 36-year-old Nepal-origin man, identified as Rakesh Pratap, was recovered from the banks of the Pabbar River under Chidgaon police station on Wednesday. Police said the deceased had sharp-edged weapon injuries on his head, and his hands and feet were tied, indicating murder. A case has been registered under Sections 103 and 3(5) of the IPC.
