Prayagraj, Jan. 7 -- There is great news for air travelers in Prayagraj, the city of the confluence of rivers in Uttar Pradesh.
The newly recognised Shankh Airlines is soon going to connect Prayagraj with Ayodhya, Gorakhpur, and Lucknow by air. Currently, there is no direct flight service from the district to any city in Uttar Pradesh, which was causing great inconvenience to passengers.
With the suspension of Indigo's Lucknow and Gorakhpur flights, locals were forced to take longer routes and Shankh Air has stepped in to fill this gap.
The company will start flights on these routes in the first phase, while a route chart is also being prepared for other major cities.
