New Chandigarh, Oct. 3 -- Shai Hope produced a sensational unbeaten 162 off 143 balls as West Indies chased down India's target of 352 with five wickets in hand in the third and final ODI at the PCA International Cricket Stadium here on Saturday.

Hope's masterclass, laced with 17 fours and three sixes, powered the West Indies to 352 for five in 48.2 overs, handing India their first defeat of the series after the hosts had already taken an unassailable 2-0 lead.

The West Indies skipper anchored the chase through a series of crucial partnerships and remained unbeaten at the end as Gudakesh Motie finished on 19 off 14 balls.
