Kolkata, March 28 -- union Home Minister Amit Shah alleged "systemic neglect" of backward communities and released what the BJP has termed "people's chargesheet" against the Trinamool Congress, detailing allegations against its 15-year rule in West Bengal on Saturday.

Unveiling the 35-page chargesheet from a hotel in New Town on the city's northeastern outskirts, Shah said the document reflected the voice of the people of Bengal rather than just the BJP.

"The Trinamool may say this is the BJP's chargesheet, but in reality, it is the chargesheet given by the people of Bengal against the TMC government, which the BJP has given shape to," he said.
