Imphal, April 3 -- Security forces conducted multiple operations across Manipur on Thursday, recovering a significant cache of arms, ammunition, explosives, and narcotics, while also dismantling militant infrastructure in separate districts, police said on Friday.
In Bishnupur district, a joint operation carried out at Upokpi Khunou Mamang Leikai and the adjoining Loktak Lake area under Bishnupur Police Station led to the recovery of a .32 pistol with a magazine, three live rounds of .32 ammunition, a single-barrel gun, one high-explosive hand grenade, five 12-bore cartridges, and one blank round.
