Chennai, Oct. 28 -- The Severe Cyclonic Storm "Montha" overwestcentral Bay of Bengal moved north-northwestwards with aspeed of 10 kmph during past one hour and lay centered at1230 hrs of today over the same region.
In a latest update, Met office said it now lay centred about110 km south-southeast of Machilipatnam (Andhra Pradesh),190 km south-southeast of Kakinada (Andhra Pradesh),280 km south-southwest of Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh)and 500 km south-southwest of Gopalpur (Odisha).
